E-business is a dynamically developing segment, in which the Group offers IT sale supporting services and operates e-commerce in the end2end model, from creating an e-shop project, through technology, marketing, storage and shipment of goods to clients, to the after-sales service.

The business activities are conducted by Cursor S.A. and Divante sp. z o. o. The projects related to e-commerce are, among others: Bankujesz Zyskujesz for ING Bank Śląski, Plus, Reserved or TIM S.A.

A part of E-business is managing a 30 thousand square meters warehousing area located near Warsaw, whose customers include, among others: Nescafe Dolce Gusto, Unilever, Tchibo, Samsung, ING, Energa, USP Zdrowie.

Within the Document management and customer service segment Group provides services of documentation handling, information circulation and supporting business processes of our Customers.

ArchiDoc S.A. helps in the creation of a non-paper office, replacing traditional documents with e-documents. Voice Contact Center provides all contact channels for end customers – not only telephone, text messages, e-mail, chat and social media, but also traditional mail and face-to-face contact

30 000points of sale are serviced regularly in merchendasing

In the Sale support segment, OEX Group offers services related to providing information that is necessary for sales management, e.g. research, audits, as well as merchandising services and outsourcing of sales representatives. The group specializes in consumer and loyalty programmes, tastings, samplings, sales animations and events.

These actions are conducted by Cursor S.A., which is the leader among Polish companies specializing in sale support services. The company provides cyclical trade and merchandising service to over 30 thousand points of sale and it owns a database of 2 thousand sales consultants. The company’s activities are based on full computerization of processes and ISO 9001:2008 standards. It provides services for such companies as Coca Cola HBC, Unilever, Tchibo.

Within the Retail sale network management segment, the OEX Group companies– Tell sp. z o. o., Europhone sp. z o. o. and PTI sp. z o. o. make about 630 thousand transactions every year, and manage about 300 points of sale for three mobile phone operators, which constitutes the share of 13,5% among shops run by independent operators for Orange, T-Mobile and Plus.
