The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’) hereby wishes to advise whom it may concern that on 23 July 2019 the Company received two notifications from Mr Rafał Stempniewicz, acting Member of the Management Board of OEX S.A., about transactions on the shares in the Company.
