The Retail sale network management segment comprises comprehensive services related to the sale of the Client’s products and services in a network of stores and retail outlets. At present, the OEX Group is the provider of these services to three largest mobile phone operators in Poland – Orange, T-Mobile and Plus. Services are ensured by Tell Sp. z o.o., Europhone Sp. z o. o. oraz PTI Sp. z o. o.
Sales support segment offers activities whose purpose is to ensure an increase in the sale of clients’ products and services. All activities in this segment are provided by OEX Cursor S.A., MerService Sp. z o. o. and Pro People Sp. z o. o.
E- business segment comprises services dedicated to the e-commerce, including the areas of technology, marketing and logistics, which are ensured by Divante Sp. z o.o. and OEX E-Business Sp. z o. o.
Within the Back office and customer service segment Group provides services of documentation handling, information circulation and supporting business processes of our Customers. All activities in this segment are provided by ArchiDoc S.A. and Voice Contact Center Sp. z o. o.
