Piotr Beaupre
Supervisory Board Chairman

Mr Piotr Beaupre (born on November 28, 1960) enjoys more than 25 years of business experience in many sectors, including business services, mostly advertising and marketing, and power engineering and agricultural properties. Since 1993 he has been an active investor in new areas of economy. He is the Managing Partner in Neo Investments, responsible for development and business activities of companies bound with agricultural and power engineering sectors.

Track record:

  • In 1989 he was one of founders of the first Polish Advertising Agency – „Galicja” in Cracow, present in the sectors of marketing and advertising communication. In 2001 AR Galicja merged with Euro RSCG.
  • In 1997 he was the co-founder of Call Center Poland, the first call centre operator in Central Europe.
    Since 1999 he has been an acting member of the Management Board of EBS S.A., which he co-founded with his Swiss partners. Today EBS S.A. manages a network of approximately 200 state-of-the-art ecology laundries „5 a SEC” in large commercial networks and centres.
  • In 2001 he took part in effecting a merger of two local advertising agencies: Marketing House and Dialog with Euro RSCG (today Havas Worldwide Warsaw).
  • In 2002 he and two his partners established Real Management S.A., as a developing arm of Neo Investments.
  • In 2005 he established EcoWind, which shortly became the leading developer of wind power farms (1150 MW), as confirmed by the transaction of 2011, in which the majority package of this company’s shares was sold to CEZ AS, the largest power engineering corporation of the Eastern Europe.
    Since 2006 he is the acting president of the management board of Areał S.A. Fund, one of Poland’s first consolidators of agrarian land.
  • In 2012 he was participating in establishment of Nanovo Media sp. z o. o., an offline integrator of new technologies.
  • In 2014 he and two of his partners founded Neo Energy sp. z o. o., which after two years in business, became a leading generator of energy and heat from landfills, operating on 10 such sites distributed all over Poland.
  • In 2015 he established the Poland’s first Auction House of Classic Cars ARDOR, which has since then succeeded in performance of auctions of nearly 60 valuable cars.

Mr Piotr Beaupre declared that he was not engaged in any activity of a competitive nature to that performed in the business seat of the issuer – OEX S.A., he is not a member of any competitor company, as a partner in a civil or commercial partnership, or as a member of a management body of any capital company, nor he is a member of any competitive legal person, and/or its management body. He has not been entered into any register of insolvent debtors, kept by virtue of the Act on the National Court Register.

Tomasz Słowiński
Supervisory Board Secretary

Education: A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Foreign Trade Faculty (1987-1993)

  • Over 20 years experience in business, including investment banking and finance, as well as in various management and operating positions throughout various business sectors.
  • More than 12 years experience as a manager and entrepreneur in the field of Business Processes and Outsourcing.
  • In 1992-2000 he worked at an investment bank owned by the world’s leading financial institution, the British owned HSBC, where he specialised in capital market transactions in both Warsaw and London and he focused on: M&A and privatisation.
  • In 2001-2006, he co-founded and managed two business processes outsourcing companies, serving as the President of the Management Board of Payroll Centre, a leading Polish payroll and HR outsourcing company, as well as a Managing Director at CVO Group.
  • In 2006 he joined the Neo Investments Fund, where, as the Chief Financial Officer, he has been responsible for the Group’s financial affairs, international fiscal and management structures development, corporate governance of portfolio companies, capital transactions and new investments.

Mr. Tomasz Mazurczak graduated from the Poznań University of Economics.

Piotr Cholewa

Mr. Piotr Cholewa holds a graduate degree from the Civil Engineering Department of the Silesian Technical University in Gliwice.

Over the last 3 years, Mr. Piotr Cholewa held positions in the bodies of the following limited companies:

Michał Szramowski

Michał Szramowski – holds a master’s degree in Economics, a graduate of the Department of Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Since the mid-1990s he was actively involved in investment and development service projects in the field of commercialization, marketing and finances.
Throughout his career, in the years 1999–2008, he held top management positions at international companies in Poland, among others: the German „Metro AG” concern and the Dutch „European Construction Consortium (ECC)” capital group.
Michał Szramowski is currently the owner and the President of the Management Board at the „MS Investments” investment administrative office, which on the basis of private equity invests directly in company shares, both on Polish capital market, and beyond it. He is the originator, co-founder and Managing Partner of the capital group „Universal Properties”, which has been active on the commercial real estate market in Poland for over 16 years. The total assets of the whole capital group, together with the projects completed along with external investors, reaches over PLN 200 million.
Since 2008, Michał Szramowski has been the member of the „Polish Business Roundtable” – an elite organization representing owners and key managers of the biggest Polish companies. Moreover, since 2015, he has been the member of the Review Panel, a body which controls the Association’s finances.
