OEX is a group specialising in the provision of sale and client support services and technologies. The range of OEX’s clients include leading Polish and foreign brands from the eCommerce, FMCG, telecommunications and financial sectors. The OEX Group is made up of 12 companies that employ over 1,500 people in offices and operational centres located in Poland’s largest cities.

In order to address the expectations of our Clients and take account of the trends on the dynamically developing online market, we offer a comprehensive ecosystem of products and services supporting enterprises in the process of offer digitisation and sales scaling, also on an international market. We operate in accordance with the end2end model, i.e. we provide an overall support to our clients as regards the digitisation process by:

  • providing scalable logistic services in the e-fulfilment model based on our own logistics centre which dispatches worldwide over 15 million products per month,
  • offering access to the global B2B marketplace platform OEX24.com which allows the distribution of products on the markets of Asia, the APAC, the EU or the former Eastern block countries,
  • supporting the sales via the B2C marketplace platforms or the launch of dedicated Internet stores,
  • Divante, a member of the OEX Group and a software house employing 200 people, develops its own SaaS model-based products well recognisable on the global digital market and renowned within the start-up environment, i.e. Vue StoreFront and OpenLoyalty. Owing to our extensive IT skills, we help create technological solutions to optimise online sales and distribution for both the small and medium-sized enterprises and the international global corporations.

Owing to our direct contact with the digital services market, we analyse the lines of development and the dynamics of the eCommerce, marketplace or logistic area-related solutions on a daily basis. We are also in direct touch with a few hundred clients who, by communicating their needs to us, allow us to develop a portfolio of services and to expand the area of technologies supported by the OEX Group.
