Pursuant to §103 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) , the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘OEX S.A.’ or the ‘Issuer’) hereby determines the following dates for the presentation of interim statements in 2018:

Consolidated quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of 2018 – 16/05/2018

Consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2018 – 15/11/2018

Consolidated half-yearly financial statements for the first half of 2018 – 06/09/2018

Annual financial statements for 2017 – 10/04/2018

Consolidated annual financial statements for 2017 – 10/04/2018.

Acting pursuant to §101 (2) of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly financial statements nor the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the second and for the last quarter of 2018.

Acting pursuant to §83 (1) of the Regulation, OEX S.A. hereby states and declares that it intends to present consolidated quarterly statements containing quarterly financial information as defined in § 87 clause 1-3, clause 4, first sentence, and in clause 9 of the Regulation and, consequently, it shall not present separate quarterly statements.

Additionally, pursuant to §83 (3) of the Regulation, OEX S.A. hereby states and declares that it will include in the consolidated half-yearly statement an abbreviated half-yearly financial statement including a audit report or opinion of an entity authorised to audit the financial statements. The abbreviated financial half-yearly statement will comprise: a balance sheet, an income statement, a statement of changes in equity, a cash flow statement and abbreviated supplementary notes containing information and figures important for the proper assessment of the economic and financial situation as well as the financial result of the issuer but not comprised in the consolidated financial statement. Therefore. OEX S.A. will not present a separate half-yearly report.
