Acting pursuant to §103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on ongoing and periodical information to be submitted by issuers of securities and terms on which information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state is to be deemed equivalent (Journal of Laws No. 33, pos. 259, as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. informs of a change of the deadline for submission of the Consolidated Quarterly Report for First Quarter of 2011, as specified in the Ongoing Report No. 2/2011 dated 24 January 2011.

The Consolidated Quarterly Report for First Quarter of 2011 shall be submitted on 09 May 2011.
