Pursuant to §103 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259 as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby advises whom it may concern about a change in the date of presentation of the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2013 given in the ongoing report 6/2013 of 08 January 2013.
The consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2013 will be presented on 31 October 2013.
