Pursuant to §103 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259 as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby informs whom it may concern about a change in the date of the submission of the consolidated half-yearly statements for the first half of 2011 as given in the ongoing report No. 2/2011 of 24 January 2011.

The consolidated half-yearly statements for the first half of 2011 will be submitted on 25 August 2011.
