The Management Board of TELL S.A., acting pursuant to §5 sec.1 clause 21) and 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on ongoing and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259 as amended), hereby wishes to advise that on 12 December 2011, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders recalled Mr Marek Piątkowski from the Supervisory Board of the issuer and appointed two new members of the Supervisory Board of the fourth term of office: Mr Adam Wojacki and Mr Łukasz Kręski.

According to statements submitted, the new members of the Supervisory Board are not engaged in any activities that are competitive to those performed within the business of the issuer – TELL S.A., do not participate in a competitor partnership or company as partners in a Civil Code or other type of partnership or as members of a governing body of a company, do not participate in any other competitor legal person as members of its governing body and have not been entered in the register of insolvent debtors kept under the National Court Register Act.

The enclosures contain information required by the provisions of the regulations, concerning the education, qualifications and previous job titles, together with a description of the professional experience, of the new members of the Supervisory Board of the issuer.
