Pursuant to §38 clause1 item 1) and 2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259 as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. is pleased to send in attachment the information contained in the announcement convoking the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 12 December 2011, including (in relation with the intended amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company) the information on the current provisions of the Articles of Association and the proposed amendments.
