Correction of the ongoing report No. 10/2017 concerning the notification about a transaction on the shares in OEX S.A.

The Management Board of OEX S.A. (the ‘Company’) hereby wishes to inform whom it may concern that on 12 April 2017 the Company obtained a correction of the notifications about a transaction on the shares in the Company made on 6 April 2017. The notifications had been published by the Company in its ongoing report No. 10/2017 on 11 April 2017 in accordance with the procedure as laid down in Art. 19 (3) of the MAR Regulation.
The said correction concerns the manner of presentation of information about the price in item 4d) and, consequently, a change of the description given in items 1a) and 2a).
The text of the corrected notifications is appended hereto as an Annex.
Legal basis: Art. 19 (3) of the MAR Regulation – information about transactions conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities.
