Pursuant to §6 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby wishes to correct ongoing report No. 24/2015 dated 23 June 2015 – Prospectus Approval Request so that the legal basis for the submission of the report should be art.56 clause 1 item 1) of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and on conditions of introduction of financial instrument into the organised trading system and on public companies (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2013 item 1382), in place of the erroneously indicated art. 56 clause 1 item 2 of the said act.
