Pursuant to § 103 clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133), (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Regulation’), the Management Board of OEX S.A. hereby determines the following dates for the presentation of interim statements in 2016:

Consolidated quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of 2016 – 16/05/2016

Consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2016 – 14/11/2016

Consolidated half-yearly financial statements for the first half of 2016 – 30/08/2016

Annual financial statements for 2015 – 21/03/2016

Consolidated annual financial statements for 2015 – 21/03/2016

Acting pursuant to §101 clause 2 of the Regulation, the issuer will not publish the quarterly financial statements nor the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the second half of 2016.

The issuer intends to publish the annual statement and the consolidated annual financial statements for 2015 not later than within 80 days of the end of the financial year, therefore, pursuant to §102 clause 1 of the Regulation it will not publish the quarterly financial statement and the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2015.

Acting pursuant to §83 clause 1 of the Regulation, OEX S.A. hereby states and declares that it intends to present consolidated quarterly statements containing quarterly financial information as defined in § 87 clause 1-3, clause 4, first sentence, and in clauses 8 and 9 of the Regulation and, consequently, it shall not present separate quarterly statements.

Additionally, pursuant to §83 clause 3 of the Regulation, OEX S.A. hereby states and declares that it will include in the consolidated half-yearly statement an abbreviated half-yearly financial statement including a audit report or opinion of an entity authorised to audit the financial statements. The abbreviated financial half-yearly statement will comprise: a balance sheet, an income statement, a statement of changes in equity, a cash flow statement and abbreviated supplementary notes containing information and figures important for the proper assessment of the economic and financial situation as well as the financial result of the issuer but not comprised in the consolidated financial statement. Therefore. TELL S.A. will not present a separate half-yearly report.
