Pursuant to art.70 clause 3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and on conditions of introduction of financial instrument into the organised trading system and on public companies (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 185 item 1439 as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. is pleased to send in attachment the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that took place on 12 December 2011.
