Acting pursuant to art. 56 sec. 1 clause 1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, admission of financial instruments to organised trading system and public companies (uniform text, Journal of Laws o 2009, No. 185 item 1439 as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby informs that the issuer received the following amounts as advances on the dividends for 2010: on 27 December 2010: PLN 608,000.00 from PTI Sp. z o.o., and on 28 December 2010: PLN 910,751.72 from Euro-Phone Sp. z o.o.
