The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’), acting pursuant to Art. 70 (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public trading and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments into organised trading systems and on public companies (consolidated text in Journal of Laws Dz.U.2016.1639, as amended), attaches hereto the text of notification received by the Company on 10 April 2017 from Mr Piotr Cholewa.
