The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’), acting pursuant to Art. 70 (1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public trading and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments into organised trading systems and on public companies (Journal of Laws Dz.U.2016.1639, as amended), attaches hereto the text of notification received by the Company on 13 December 2017 from Real Management S.A. with registered office in Warsaw.
