Cursor responsible for the logistics of Randstad marketing materials

Poland’s largest human resources and temporary employment consulting agency Randstad joined the ranks of Cursor clients, a company owned by Tell SA publicly listed group. The cooperation includes comprehensive logistics of sales supporting materials.As part of the contract, Randstad receives logistics service as well as added value in the form of access to technology and the supplier’s specialised know-how. Cursor’s team of programmers designed a tailored system to meet the specificity of the client operations. Thanks to the platform, Randstand employees are able to place an order for more than 100 of various advertising and promotional items. Cursor is responsible for product warehousing, service and shipment of orders as well as managing the complaint process. The company also provides consulting on the optimisation of the use of marketing materials.
Our service enables to reduce the management cost of POSM by up to 65%. Measurable benefits for clients are obtained by increasing the effectiveness of warehousing and material distribution process. Our reporting system also allows us to optimise the range of products, said Grzegorz Wroniszewski, E-logistics Managing Director at Cursor SA.
In addition to ordering of promotional materials conveniently, the app also automatically generates information about the size and weight of the shipment. The reporting system provides detailed data on specific products (e.g. their popularity and rotation) and activity of persons authorised to place orders – for Randstad it is more than 800 active online users. The shipment of materials is cyclic or in an express mode which enables optimisation of production costs.
Access to the platform configured according to the client’s needs enables the authorised agency employees to conveniently manage their marketing materials. The entire process is strictly monitored, which allows to use promotional products more effectively and to reduce production expenses, said Łukasz Wysokiński, E-logistics Services Manager at Cursor SA.
Cursor IT solutions dedicated to marketing materials services were developed based on the company’s long-standing experience in management and logistics of clients’ POSM. The system available for Randstand employees includes among others information on inventories, images and descriptions of each material. Cursor provides ongoing service of the platform which covers introduction of new products and consulting services on its operation.
