OEX Group as the highest-ranked employer in the Career Programme 2018

The Polish Business Council, the organiser of the Career Programme, has summarised the last year edition of the campaign. OEX Group won the highest note in the survey conducted among the trainees who had taken part in the programme in 2018.

Career Programme is the initiative of the Polish Business Council addressed to students and university graduates wishing to get their first professional experience. Every year, the campaign organisers get applications from business entities offering salaried holiday traineeships in their organisations. Until today, OEX Group has participated in four editions of the Programme. Twice – for internships in 2018 and 2016 – it got the highest grade from among any and all employers taking part in the initiative.

The trainees were assessing the following criteria, among others: the organisation of the traineeship, the comfort of the place of work, the nature of tasks or the capacity to establish contact with the employees from other departments in the organisation. The employer’s reputation and the capacity to establish permanent cooperation in the future were also taken into account.

In 2018, there were 30 business entities involved in the Career Programme, which had offered 100 internship programmes. Almost 2,000 candidates reported their willingness to take part in the traineeship. OEX Group offered to its students the internships in the Communication and HR Departments. One of the trainees has decided to join the organisation permanently and now, as the junior recruitment specialist, she supports HR activities in the Group.

This year edition of the Career Programme starts on 1 March 2019. OEX Group will take part in this initiative for the fifth time already. More information about the Career Programme can be found at: www.programkariera.pl.
