In relation with the ongoing report No. 43/2014 dated 21 November 2014, the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby informs whom it may concern that on 10 February 2015 an annex to the investment agreement between the issuer and OEX Spółka Akcyjna with registered office in Warsaw had been executed. It concerned a change of the date of execution of the implementing agreements mentioned in the investment agreement, i.e. the agreement on the subscription of shares and the contribution in kind and the agreement on the disposal of rights to the trademarks. Pursuant to the amended provision of the investment agreement, the Parties undertook to execute the said agreements by 6 March 2015.
