The Management Board of TELL S.A., acting pursuant to §5 sec.1 clause 19) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133), hereby wishes to inform whom it may concern that on 28 April 2014 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with registered office in Poznań, at ul. Abpa Antoniego Baraniaka 88 E, entered into the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under number 3654, to act as a certified auditor and to audit the biannual and annual separate and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year 2014.
The issuer used the services of Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa (formerly HLB Frąckowiak i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o.) before to audit the financial statements for 2004-2006 and 2011-2013 as well as to prepare the financial part of the issue prospectus in 2005. Currently, the issuer has a tax consulting agreement with this entity.

The Supervisory Board appointed the certified auditor acting in accordance with §18 sec.1 clause 4) of the Articles of Association of the Company and §3 sec. 1 clause 5) of the By-Laws of the Supervisory Board.
