Pursuant to §103 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws Dz.U.2014.133), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby advises whom it may concern about a change in the date of presentation of the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2015 given in the ongoing report 1/2015 of 20 January 2015.
The consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2015 will be presented on 09 November 2015.
