Pursuant to §103 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259 as amended), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby advises whom it may concern about a change in the date of presentation of the 2012 annual financial statements and the 2012 consolidated annual financial statements disclosed on the ongoing report No. 6/2013 of 08 January 2013.

The 2012 annual financial statements and the 2012 consolidated annual financial statements will be presented on 19 March 2013.
