Legal basis: Art. 56 (1) (2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public trading and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments into the organised trading system and on public companies read in conjunction with §17 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition as equivalent of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state.

With reference to ongoing report No. 42/2018 and 44/2018, the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby informs whom it may concern that today the Company has received a communication from the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. – – ‘KDPW’) dated 26 September 2018 advising it that pursuant to decision of KDPW No. 564/2018 dated 18 September 2018, the registration with KDPW of 1,101,445 (one million one hundred and one thousand four hundred and forty-five) series D ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 0.20 (zero Polish zlotys and twenty Polish groszys) each, designated by code PLTELL000023, shall take place on 28 September 2018.
