Content of the report:
The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’) hereby wishes to advise whom it may concern that on 17 September 2020 the Company received a notification from Mr Tomasz Kwiecień, acting Member of the Management Board of OEX S.A., about a transaction on the shares in the Company.
The text of the notification is appended hereto as an Annex.
