Pursuant to §5 item 24) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws No. 133 of 2014) the Management Board of OEX S.A. hereby informs whom it may concern that on 10 May 2016, the General Meeting of Shareholders of Connex sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Issuer) adopted a resolution concerning the dissolution of the company and the opening of liquidation proceedings. Mr Norbert Jamróz, who was so far the President of the Management Board of Connex Sp. z o.o. was appointed the liquidator of the Company.
