Current reports

Pursuant to §80 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws Dz.U. 2018.757) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’), the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘OEX’, ‘Emitent’) hereby informs whom it may concern that the following deadlines for the publication of interim reports stipulated in ongoing report No. 2/2020 dated 31 January 2020 have been changed:

1. Individual annual financial statements for 2019, from 22 April 2020 (previous publication date) to 29 April 2020 (new publication date),
2. Consolidated annual financial statements for 2019, from 22 April 2020 (previous publication date) to 29 April 2020 (new publication date).

The change of the publication dates as mentioned above is due to the difficulties to ensure a timely performance of procedures related to the preparation and the audit of the financial statements of the Issuer and its group caused by the state of epidemic introduced in Poland.

The remaining deadlines and information indicated in the ongoing report No. 2/2020 dated 31 January 2020 remains unchanged.
