Pursuant to §80 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws Dz.U. 2018.757) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’), the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘OEX’, ‘Issuer’) hereby informs whom it may concern that the deadline for publication of the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of 2020, as indicated in the ongoing report No. 2/2020 dated 31 January 2020, has been changed from 14 May 2020 (previous publication date) to 21 May 2020 (new publication date).

The change of the publication date as mentioned above is due to the difficulties to ensure a timely performance of procedures related to the preparation of the financial statements of the Issuer and its group caused by the state of epidemic introduced in Poland.

The remaining deadlines and information indicated in the ongoing report No. 2/2020 dated 31 January 2020, including the change of deadlines referred to in ongoing report No. 5/2020 dated 16 April 2020, remains unchanged.
