The Management Board of OEX S.A. (the ‘Company’), in the discharge of obligations imposed by the Terms and Conditions of Series A Bond Issue (‘Issue Terms’), issued on the basis of Resolution No. 3 of the Management Board of the Company dated 21 December 2016 on the issue of series A bonds, hereby publicly announces the Certificate of Compliance as mentioned in Sec. 19(c) of the Issue Terms.

The Certificate of Compliance contains the calculations of the Financial Leverage Ratio and the Debt Ratio as at 30 June 2017, the information necessary for the calculation thereof as well as the amount of Additional Margin for the third Interest Period of the series A bonds as determined in Sec. 13.2(b) of the Issue Terms.

The Certificate of Compliance is appended hereto as an Annex.
