Pursuant to §34 clause 1 item 1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133), the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby advises whom it may concern that on 23 September 2015 it obtained information about the adoption by the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities on 23 September 2015 of a resolution on the registration in the depository of 1,777,692 (one million seven hundred and seventy-seven thousand six hundred and ninety-two) series C ordinary bearer shares of the issuer, each of the nominal value of PLN 0,20 (twenty Polish groszys) and on the designation of the same with the code PLTELL000023, conditional on the decision by the company in charge of the regulated market on the admission of such shares to trading and quoting on the same regulated market on which other shares of the issuer, designated with the code PLTELL000023 are quoted.

Pursuant to the resolution, the registration of the above-mentioned shares will take place within three days after the reception by the National Depository of the decision of the company in charge of the regulated market as mentioned above, not earlier, however, than on the day indicated in the decision as the date of admission of shares to trading. The information about the share registration will be made in the form of a communication of the National Depository.
