Pursuant to § 6 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws Dz.U.2014.133), the Management Board of OEX S.A. hereby amends the text of ongoing report No. 10/2016 dated 4 February 2016 in the part concerning the determination of the date as at which the issuer – based on the data available on that date – corrected the result forecast.  By clerical error, the corrected report indicated the date of 2 February 2016 while in fact the issuer corrected the forecast based on the data available as at 4 February 2016.   The correct text of the respective fragment of the report should have the following phrasing: ‘Based on the data available as at 04 February 2016, the issuer forecasts what follows: (…).’
