Acting pursuant to art. 80 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public trading and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments into organised trading systems and on public companies (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382), the Management Board of TELL S.A. presents in attachment hereto its position concerning the call for subscription for the sale of shares in the issuer made by Neo Investment S.A. on 5 December 2013.
