The issuer’s Management Board wishes to advise whom it may concern that on 14 June 2013, Mr Rafał Stempniewicz – President of the Management Board of the issuer acquired 10,000 registered series A shares (entitled as to the manner of voting, i.e. one shares entitles to two votes), at the price of PLN 9 per share. In total, after the above transaction, the President of the Management Board holds 159,608 registered shares and 94,590 ordinary bearer shares.
