Content of the report:

The Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby publishes a correction to the 2020 annual financial statements.

An incorrect file with signatures to file OEXSA_Oswiadczenie_o_stosowaniu_ladu_korporacyjnego_2020_JSF.xhtml was attached to the 2020 annual financial statements. In attachment, the Company appends the correct file with signatures,

i.e. file:

OEXSA_Oswiadczenie_o_stosowaniu_ladu_korporacyjnego_2020_JSF.xhtml.XAdES

which shall replace the originally appended file from the consolidated financial statements, i.e.:

Grupa_OEX_Oswiadczenie_o_stosowaniu_ladu_korporacyjnego_2020_SSF.xhtml.XAdES

The text of the 2020 annual financial statements is correct and is not changed.
