The Management Board of TELL S.A., acting pursuant to §5 sec.1 clause 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133), hereby informs whom it may concern that on 13 May 2015, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr Artur Wojtaszek to be a member of the Management Board of the third term of office.  The Resolution of the Supervisory Board shall enter into full force and effect on 01 June 2015.

Mr Artur Wojtaszek (born in 1971) is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where he obtained the title of Master of Science (Engineering).  For over 20 years, he has been involved with the sale support business service market. In 1995, he started cooperation with the Galicja Group (Dialog Galicja and Marketing House – currently the Havas Group), where he worked as Regional Director between 1996 – 2001. Since 2001, he has been with Cursor SA with registered office in Warsaw, where he worked first as Sales and Marketing Director and Vice President (2007 – 2009), and then, since 2009, as President of the Management Board. Between 2006 – 2010, he was a member of the Management Board of Merchandiser Sp. z o.o., which was taken over by Cursor SA in 2010. Since June 2011, he has also been the Vice President of OEX S.A.

Pursuant to his statement, besides his involvement with the issuer, Mr Artur Wojtaszek is also an independent sole trader providing business consulting services, however this is not an activity that may be competitive to the business of the issuer.  Mr Artur Wojtaszek does not participate in competitive entities as a partner of a civil law or commercial law partnership or a member of governing bodies of companies, and does not participate in any competitive legal person as a member of its governing bodies, has not been listed in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in accordance with the National Court Register Act.
