The Management Board of TELL S.A., acting pursuant to §5 sec.1 clause 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on ongoing and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259 as amended), hereby wishes to advise that on 27 September 2013, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed three new members of the Supervisory Board of the fourth term of office: Mr Tomasz Mazurczak, Mr Jerzy Motz and Mr Robert Walicki.

In accordance with the statements made by the new Members of the Supervisory Board, they are not engaged in any activities competitive to the business of the issuer – TELL S.A., do not participate in competitive entities as partners of a civil law or commercial law partnership or members of governing bodies of companies, and do not participate in any competitive legal person as members of its governing bodies, and have not been listed in the register of insolvent debtors maintained in accordance with the National Court Register Act.
Appended hereto is the legally required information concerning the education, qualifications and previous positions as well as a description of the professional background of Mr Tomasz Mazurczak and Mr Jerzy Motz. The information in the scope indicated above concerning Mr Robert Walicki will be disclosed by the issuer immediately after it has been obtained from the Supervisory Board Member.
