The Management Board of the issuer hereby makes it known that, acting on the basis of the authority contained in resolution No. 20/2012 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dated 16 May 2012 concerning the purchase of own shares for the purpose of their cancellation, it concluded, on 28 May 2012, with Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A., a brokerage house whose principal place of business is in Poznań, an agreement for the provision of intermediation services related to the public announcement and conduct of a call to subscribe for the sale of the issuer’s shares.
Pursuant to that agreement, on 29 May 2012, the brokerage house is to notify the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Warsaw Stock Exchange of the intention to announce the call.
