Pursuant to §6 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259, as amended), the Management Board of Tell S.A. hereby corrects the ongoing report No. 22/2013 of 15 May 2013 so that its existing title be replaced by the following title: “Recommendation of the Management Board of TELL S.A. concerning the distribution of profit for 2012.”
