Art. 56 sec. 1 clause 2 of the Offer Act – current and periodical information

Content of the report:

Pursuant to§ 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws Dz.U. 2018.757) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’), the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Issuer’) hereby determines the following dates for the presentation of interim statements in 2022:

Annual financial statements for 2021 – 31/03/2022;
Consolidated annual financial statements for 2021 – 31/03/2022;

Consolidated quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of 2022 – 12/05/2022;
Consolidated half-yearly financial statements for the first half of 2022 – 13/09/2022;

Consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2022 – 08/11/2022.

Acting pursuant to § 79 (2) of the Regulation, the Issuer would like to advise whom it may concern that it will not publish the separate quarterly financial statements and the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the second quarter of 2022.
Pursuant to § 62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation, the Issuer would like to advise whom it may concern that it well not publish separate quarterly financial statements and separate half-yearly financial statements because the consolidated quarterly financial statements and the consolidated half-yearly financial statements shall include, respectively, the quarterly and the half-yearly financial information about the Issuer. All changes as regards the deadlines for the publication of the Issuer’s interim reports shall be made public in the form of an ongoing report.
