Content of the report:
The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’) hereby wishes to inform whom it may concern that on 24 August 2021 the Company received a notification from Mr Michał Szramowski,, acting Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about a transaction on the shares in the Company.
The text of the notification is appended hereto as an Annex.
