In relation with the amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws No. 33 item 259), (hereinafter: Regulation) and the text of the statement concerning the consolidated quarterly statements contained in the ongoing report No. 7/2012, TELL S.A. hereby states and declares that acting in accordance with §83 clause 1 of the amended Regulation, it intends to present consolidated quarterly statements containing quarterly financial information as defined in § 87 clause 1-3, clause 4, first sentence, and in clauses 8 and 9 of the Regulation and, consequently, it shall not present separate quarterly statements.
