In reference to Reports No. 12/2015 and 13/2015 of 24 April 2015, acting pursuant to art. 56 clause 1 item 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public trading and on conditions of introduction of financial instruments into organised trading systems and on public companies (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2013 item 382), the Management Board hereby informs whom it may concern that on 1 July 2015 it learnt that on 30 June 2005 the agreement entered into on 24 April 2015 by Euro-Phone sp. z o.o. – a subsidiary of the issuer with Transactor sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw concerning the transfer of rights and future obligations under representation contracts and cooperation contracts executed by Transactor sp. z o.o., on the basis of which Transactor sp. z o.o. had constructed a mobile phone service sale network and mobile phone and accessories distribution network under the distribution agreement entered into with the telecommunications operator T-Mobile Polska S.A. Pursuant to the provisions of the agreement entered into on 30 June 2015, the rights and future obligations concerning representation contracts comprising the total of 23 locations and 7 authorised business advisers acting under cooperation contracts will be transferred onto Euro-Phone sp. z o.o. The payment of remuneration as agreed by the parties to the agreement took place on 30 June 2015.
