Content of the report:

Pursuant to § 80 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state (Journal of Laws Dz.U. 2018.757), the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Issuer’) hereby announces publicly that the deadline for the presentation of consolidated quarterly financial statements for the third quarter of 2021 shall be postponed from the date of 4 November 2021 (the existing publication date) until 9 November 2021 (the new publication date).

The remaining deadlines and information disclosed in ongoing report No. 7/2021 dated 28 January 2021 shall remain unchanged.
