Content of the report:                                                                                               

The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’) hereby attaches hereto a report on the remuneration of the Members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in the 2021 adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board on 10 June 2021 (‘Report on Remunerations’), in accordance with Art. 90g of the Public Offering Act, together with a auditor’s report on the assessment of the Report on Remunerations.

The text of the Report on Remunerations and the auditor’s report is appended hereto as an annex.
