Content of the report:
The Management Board of OEX S.A. (‘Company’) hereby attaches hereto a report on the remuneration of the Members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in the years 2019-2020 adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board today, i.e. 15 June 2021, (‘Report on Remunerations’), in accordance with Art. 90g of the Public Offer Act, together with a auditor’s report on the assessment of the Report on Remunerations.
The text of the Report on Remunerations and the auditor’s report is appended hereto as an annex.
