Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 clause 2 of the Offer Act – current and periodical information

Content of the report:

Pursuant to §5 (4) read in conjunction with of §9  (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information to be disclosed by security issuers and on conditions of recognition of information required by the laws of a state that is not a member-state as equivalent, the Management Board of OEX S.A. with registered office in Warsaw hereby informs whom it may concern that today, i.e. on 8 September 2020,  a Member of the Management Board of the Company, Mr Artur Wojtaszek resigned from his function within the Management Board effective as of 8 September 2020.

As the reason for his resignation Mr Artur Wojtaszek indicated the necessity for him to become more involved in OEX E-Business Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Issuer), where he is the President of the Management Board.
