In reference to the current report No. 15/2010 of 16 April 2010, the Management Board of TELL S.A. hereby informs that on 28 December 2010, an agreement was concluded concerning termination of the agreement under which the issuer granted surety for the performance by PTI Sp. z o.o. (issuer’s subsidiary) of the obligation to pay a part of the selling price stipulated in the agreement for the purchase of an organised business from Maksimum Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Holding Spółka komandytowo-akcyjna. The surety referred to above was granted for an amount of up to PLN 6,100,000.00 for the period ending on December 31, 2011.
