Voice Contact Center starts multi-language customer service centre

The company from the OEX Group started implementation of first projects on foreign markets. Within the LinGO Voice Contact Center offers multi-channels customer service in local languages. 

Our first foreign clients include publishing companies, e-commerce, developers and fin-tech. Voice Contact Center consultants handle, first of all, clients from the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), among others, from Germany.

Extending the market range to foreign markets is a natural direction for development of Voice Contact Center. Our advantage is not only attractive quality to costs relation but also competent handling of business processes, going beyond just the contact with the client – said Ewa Czarnecka, member of the Management Board of Voice Contact Center.

Multi-lingual projects are implemented in the operational centre of Voice Contact Center in Lublin.  A dedicated operational space was prepared for the needs of LinGo.

Lublin is an attractive market for employers, it is the fastest developing location.  As we want to efficiently attract the candidates, we focus on creating friendly and comfortable working environment.  We operate in the city centre, close to most of Lublin universities – adds Ewa Czarnecka.

Now Voice Contact Center is recruiting for LinGO projects candidates that know Hungarian and Czech.
