OEX Voice Contact Center has been honored with two prestigious awards during this year's edition of the most important competition in the Polish contact center and customer care industry – the Polish Contact Center Awards. VCC received recognition from the jury in two categories: Best Trainer (the award went to Katarzyna Pianko-Szlachte) and Best Supporting Technology (an accolade for the Boromir system). Additionally, the company was acknowledged for the best partnership within the "Patient, Not Customer" project.
